Documenting Within, Without.

An early start marked the day - we shot the Erika Georg premier collection, Within, Without in the heart of Fitzroy in Melbourne. It was a beautifully light-filled art studio space, and after carrying our supplies up multiple flights of stairs, again, and again…and again, we were ready to begin the day.

The cast and crew for the shoot arrived and all got straight into set-up and preparation mode. Ed Purnomo was our Photographer, Louise Jean was in charge of Hair & Makeup and Sarah Tilleke was our model for the day. 

We worked quickly and creatively through the ten looks we wanted to capture for the mood, look and feel of this first collection: Within, Without.

We wanted the images to look elegantly effortless. For a woman that will go from day to night - who wants to wear feminine pieces that are both classically constructed yet sexy, with lace detailing or the combination of fabrics both sheer and solid.

Fabric choices that can show as much or as little as you want form the elegant silhouettes. Strong tailored pieces mixed with delicate lace, create the stance of feminine and classic.

It was a really wonderful day, working with such a fantastic team, and seeing the ErikaGeorg designs and dreams come to life.

We hope you love Within, Without as much as we loved creating it.
