Processing and Delivery Times
All orders received during normal business hours between Monday-Friday are processed for shipment within 24 hours. Most metropolitan deliveries will arrive 3-5 business days (if choosing Standard Post) or within 24 hours (if choosing Express Post). For regional deliveries please allow 3-5 days even if choosing Express Post.
Orders placed after 2pm AEST will be shipped the following business day, or the following business day if purchased on the weekend or a public holiday.
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at email@example.com
During sale period, please allow up to 4 business day extra for processing and shipping. In the case of any further delay, you will be notified by email.
*Delivery dates supplied by Erika Georg are an estimate only and Erika Georg will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
Shipping in Australia
You have the choice for goods to be sent by Standard Post (3-5 business days) or Express Post (1-2 business days) and must be signed for on arrival.
For shipping within Australia, we use Australia Post. Once your parcel has been dispatched, a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address.

All deliveries will be sent via Express Post (1-2 days) and must be signed for upon arrival. If you are not present to sign, Australia Post will leave your parcel at the closest Australia Post Office. We unfortunately do not offer an "Authority to Leave" option.
We recommend providing a business address where possible, or another address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9am and 5pm.
Please note: We cannot deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Locker addresses. Orders to a PO Box or Parcel Locker address may be subject to cancellation.
Express post-delivery may not apply to your region – to find out if your delivery address falls under the express post network, please visit www.australiapost.com.au
We offer free shipping on all Australian orders over $300 AUD. For all orders UNDER $300 AUD, a flat rate of $10.00 will apply for Standard post and $15.00 for Express Post.
Currency, Taxes and Duty
Please note that all product prices indicated and payments made on www.erikageorg.com.au are in AUD currency. GST is inclusive in the cost of each item.
For shipping outside of Australia, Erika Georg delivers internationally with DHL for a flat rate of AU$40.00.
Once your order has been dispatched, a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel by clicking on the link provided in the email.
All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended and provide a business address where possible, or such other address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9am-5pm.
For international orders, we cannot deliver to a post box therefore please ensure you provide an alternate delivery address.
In the case that no one is available to sign for the delivery, an attempted delivery card will be left. Your parcel will be re-delivered the following day with an option to re-schedule delivery.
Delivery timeframe will be 5-10 working days depending on your location.
Please note: All international orders may be subject to duties, taxes and custom charges that can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
Unfortunately, Erika Georg Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for any possible custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. We recommend speaking with your local customs office for estimated costs and further information.

Because stock quantities are not updated in real time, items may be sold out at the time of purchase. If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered suitable replacement or full refund.
Incorrect / Change of Address
Address Confirmation is given on the Review & Buy page in the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact us immediately via email at email@example.com to ensure adjustments can be applied. Erika Georg cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. However, our usual returns policy applies.
