Conditions & Returns
As your garment is being made especially for you, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or returns. Once your order has been confirmed and the process begins no changes or cancellations can be made. We will not start production until deposit payment has been made.
A delivery date will be set by the Erika Georg team. You will receive an email at each stage of the process to book in fitting dates and including when it is ready for delivery.
Custom & Alterations
If you love an Erika Georg design however would like to tweak it to suit your needs, we offer a custom silhouette and custom colour service. An additional cost may apply depending on the complexity of the design. Before placing your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss with our team. We will then send you a quote based on your requirements.
If you do require alterations to a silhouette, this can be made however additional costs may apply (our team will quote accordingly for you). Alterations are as follows:
- Smaller or larger bust, waist or hip measurement to our standard sizing.
- Longer hemline
- Shorter hemline
- Sleeve adjustments

Our made-to-order dresses are based on Australian standard sizing – size 6-16 and available to purchase in standard sizing here

How to measure:
- Bust- around the fullest part of your bust, across the nipple
- Waist- around the smallest part of your waistline
- Hip- around the fullest part of your bottom
- Shoulder to floor- from shoulder bone to floor in a straight line, not curving to your body.
- Waist to floor- from smallest part of your waist to the floor.
